He holds a Ph.D. from Trinity International University and has been trained at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. He is a former academic chair at Multnomah University and adjunct professor in the doctoral program of business at the International University of Monaco. He resides in Portland Oregon and consults, speaks, and facilitates courses with leadership teams throughout North America and Europe.
